First off, I got BOTH because I’m quite the hot sauce enthusiast. For some context, I am Thai and I need my hot sauces to be HOT not some watered down “Americanized” hot sauce. Let me tell you, these sauces did the trick. They are FRESH with flavor and what I’ve found is that the flavor changes to a nice roasty toasty flavor if you fry, air fry or bake/roast it in the oven. You really don’t need much of this sauce to go a long way. Mixing with a honey and minced garlic will give you a STELLAR hot wing sauce. So…get on it…try it…put it on everything…but if you’re sensitive to hot…tread lightly my friend. But still buy it for all of your ethnic friends who NEED SPICE IN THEIR LIFE, yeah!
